Two thousand gay, lesbian, and straight people gathered in front of a Mormon temple in California to protest the passing of Proposition 8.  Prop. 8 will ruthlessly negate the marriages of gay people in the state.  The anti-gay campaign was largely funded by Mormons with the support of their church leaders.

Update: California’s attorney general says that the constitutional amendment is not retroactive.

  2. I think its time to start protesting the teachings of the church. Oh. I forgot. They can be anti- women and anti-gay and still be protected by law. There has to be a change.
