U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey backs off his evasive position of July 10, 2008 on releasing the Office of Professional Responsibility probe findings into the Siegelman case.  Now he says an OPR report will be given to Congress as requested by House Judiciary Democrats.

Mukasey said Thursday the full report also might be made public if the conclusions warrant.
