With Florida seeming to have more than its proportionate share of truly bizarre news stories, I’m delighted to write a little bit about Florida State safety Myron Rolle. He is one of 32 Americans given the opportunity to study at the University of Oxford.
Rolle received his scholarship last Saturday in the Sunshine State, then flew to the FSU away game in Maryland, arriving to play just before halftime. He’s studying to be a neurosurgeon.
