Best Person in the World
WriteChic Press, an outpost of Left in Alabama, awards MSNBC’s Keith Olberman the Best Person in the World for promising a campaign of shame against WalMart. WalMart is attempting to decimate the life of Debbie Shank by taking every penny she has. Shank was an employee of WalMart when she was broadsided by an semi rig. WalMart is suing her because her WalMart insurance policy demands she pay back her medical bills in the event of a successful lawsuit.
Shank lost to WalMart, and then right after her loss, her son was killed in Iraq. Her brain-damage affects her short-term memory; so, every time she asks about her son, she learns anew that he has died.

Keith deserves a whole boxful of gold stars. He’s the only cable news show I just can’t do without and I’m so glad MSNBC decided to rerun his show at 9. We don’t have TiVo, VCR or anything else and it was killing us trying to be home every day at 7 for Keith.
I have it worse than you. I have basic cable which means 12 holy roller channels and the Discovery channel. Thanks Charter. I can basically quote the Discovery channel once it runs its seasonal course.
Keith is a hero!
