“I feel particular frustration that he was removed unexpectedly early because, apart from anything else, he had been looking forward to coming back with the rest of his regiment,” says Prince Charles.
Prince Harry’s tour was cut short after a news blackout was broken by Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report.
Prince Harry was sent secretly to Afghanistan in December 2007. British Defense Chiefs ordered him out of the country after Drudge’s outing. They feared he and fellow troops would be targeted by the Taliban.
The prince landed at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire, where he was met by Prince Charles and Prince William.

Drudge is a punk.
Too bad Drudge lacks so much in common sense–release information like this about a serving officer in a combat zone, endangering that officer’s men. Shame on him. He belongs in jail for such actions.
