The Smell of Hypocrisy in the Morning

The Clinton campaign wags a finger at Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) for his TV ads airing in Florida. Yes, this is the same campaign of Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) who left her name on the Michigan ballot when the other Democratic candidates withdrew theirs. The other candidates honored the Democratic National Committee rules in Michigan. Michigan and Florida are being punished by the DNC for scheduling primary contests before February 5th. (Thus, stealing the fire from South Carolina and Super Tuesday.)

Obama spokesperson Bill Burton explains, “Both national cable networks told us it would be impossible for us to run advertising nationally that excluded only Florida.”
